I’m Christy, a Registered Nurse, Lactation Consultant, and IBCLC candidate based in San Marcos, CA. With over 15 years of nursing experience, I provide thoughtful, personalized care that helps families feel confident, supported, and informed as they care for their babies and young children.
I serve families across North County San Diego — including San Marcos, Carlsbad, Oceanside, Vista, Escondido, Encinitas, Temecula, and Murrieta — with in-home or virtual visits, and offer virtual support to families throughout California.

Free Feeding Support Group
Every Friday at 10
Whether you’re breastfeeding, pumping, formula feeding, or doing a little of everything — you are welcome here. This group is designed for moms with newborns and older babies who are looking for connection, encouragement, and support on their feeding journey.
We meet every Friday at 10 AM at a cozy local coffee shop that includes a play area for siblings. Bring your littles, grab a cup of coffee, and come just as you are.
Together, we’ll build community, share experiences, and support one another through all the ups and downs of feeding our babies.
